COMPANY REGISTER

Steps needed to register a company :

- Choose a unique name for your company that is not registered in the   Companies House.

- Choose specific address for your company.

- Need at least one director.

- At least one shareholder.

- Articles of Association which are the agreed rules about running the  company.

- Statement of Capital.

- Set up your company for corporation tax.

Registration can be done online with companies House if the company is limited by shares and uses articles of association.

Corporation Tax Registration must be done within 3 months to start the business.
